A buyer didn’t get back to me overnight to confirm showings for this afternoon
Went on social media and noticed that a listing appointment I had ended up in a successful listing for someone else
House that I’ve had an appointment on for a week, showing cancelled for the SECOND time

Went to McDonalds and got an Egg McMuffin(Delicious)
