1. Introduction
At Deerwood Realty, we collaborate with different print-on-demand companies for order fulfillment. This means that all of our products are uniquely produced once they are ordered. Due to the nature of print-on-demand, returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. Nevertheless, we take pride in providing our customers with the highest quality products and are committed to ensuring satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds will be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility All return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and must not be damaged, washed, altered, or used. Products that are custom made or personalized, due to their print-on-demand nature, are not eligible for returns unless there’s a defect in the product.
3. Refunds Once the return is received and inspected, if the conditions mentioned above are met, a full refund will be processed. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items If the product received is defective or not what was ordered, Deerwood Realty will cover the return shipping costs. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt about the defective or incorrect item to be eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
5. Process for Returns Contact our customer service team at returns@deerwoodrealtystl.com with the order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Pack the product securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
6. Exchange If you would like to exchange a product, the same return conditions apply. Once the return is received and inspected, the desired exchange product will be shipped out.
7. Return Shipping Costs Unless the product is defective or the return is a result of an error by Deerwood Realty, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
8. Exceptions Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective. Some special promotional items may have different return policies, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
9. Cancellations If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product hasn’t been printed or shipped, we will process the cancellation and provide a full refund. If the product has already been printed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
10. Changes to this Policy Deerwood Realty reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review it periodically.
