Why I like showing home buyers houses in the Rain⛈️

All right, everybody, so today I'm in Crestwood. Where specifically in Crestwood? Well, where the Crestwood Mall used to be. That's right. It's a fascinating real estate story about a mall that was massive, and everyone went there. I went there as a kid. Then, slowly, it started to turn into a place that wasn’t as popular. There were other malls to go to.

I can remember older people walking around the mall without really shopping. So you had a lot of people just congregating. It was a massive, massive tax boom for the city of Crestwood. Well, there are all these little cities — there are 98 different municipalities in St. Louis County alone. They spent decades trying to get something of scale back.

Eventually, they opened a Dierbergs, and it's kind of half retail, half housing. I don’t know; they really took a hit. Anyway, I wanted to talk to you today about something people don't often think of. I see it in my business — showing houses in the rain. No one likes to do that, right? It's wet and miserable
