Saw the headline with “waste mountain” and Landlord and knew I had to take a look
Thoughts
1. We often think of investments in rentals as a sure fire moneymaker….but then you see stories like this?
2. Was this preventable? After she moved in, should you have required entry into the home every month or so to make sure this house wasn’t a disgusting mess, or were you glad as a landlord that the tenant wasn’t calling you with repairs all the time?
3. Hoarding is bad. I just feel for the people involved. Living in that mess is just terrible.
