What is beating me in livestreaming right now?  We’ll check.

Showed a house, buyer liked the house, showed him the comparable sales and then he bailed.  Why?  Had a night to think about it.  This is designed to avoid regrets in the homebuying process and this is the kind of work I do.

Showing a house in UCity today…will be interesting.  The house was overpriced and did not sell…off the market, came back on with a 20k price reduction
