“Hordes” of homeless? Consumer debt exploding? Refrigerator might be fixed? -

What did we talk about on the show tonight? More like what didn’t we talk about tonight 😉

We started off the show with a discussion of all these issues I’ve running into. Will they pass? I sure hope for.

Our first article, are you aware there are apparently “hordes” of homeless staying in Chicagos O’Hare Airport? What do you think about that? I was a little blown away by it.

Consumer debt be spiraling? What’s up with that? Doesn’t seem like that’s a good thing going forward…does it?

We then looked at an article in the WSJ about home buyers who seem to feel remorse. They got caught up in the emotions of the pandemic and feel they didn’t make the correct choice. I go over some points that explain how you could possibly avoid homebuyer’s remorse if you just considered a few things..most importantly, work with an agent who you get to know and trust. Don’t just go for the flashy agent. That’s the one that will guarantee homebuyer’s remorse for you.

We finally looked at some tweets…it was a great show…hope you enjoyed it.
