We went over some Tweets…the most fascinating was one by Darth Powell, where he makes the claim that society was lost after Instagram and Tiktok joined the hellscape. Do you think that is true? Is society lost?

Finally, two articles, one by the National Association seemingly indicating that the housing market is going to be totally fine for 2023, and then an article on realtor.com about home prices moving down along with interest rates.
