Viva Frei did NOTHING wrong, and I made the WORST mistake showing houses, homebuyers, Realtystream!

This was a little different type of livestream than we are used to. John talked about what he saw as an unfair criticism of another Youtuber, Viva Frei. He discussed why he thought the blame should be on the person committing the crime. There was no incitement.

Moving on, John talked about something that he’d never done before and hopes to never do again. What was it? He showed the wrong house! Yes! It was so embarrassing, and John walks you through the whole event

We moved on to a discussion of showing homes to out of town homebuyers and how the technology has just gotten so much better than before.

After that, John describes an annoying call he got from some odd homebuyer who was calling real estate agents to ask them about their opinions on a house he had put under contract. Why would he waste real estate agents’ time like that?

Finally, John discussed an article that seemed to indicate that climate change was causing insurance premiums to go higher. That seemed odd, because house prices seem to be going higher and higher…wouldn’t insurance rates just have to increase because the house would be worth more and the cost to repair would therefore be higher?
