There was so much to talk about tonight! So we ran long…Here’s a summary.
The number one thing is that we now have 150 subscribers. It has taken a long time, but thank you. Thank you so much for being a part of the channel growth.
We started the show with a showing report. Showed three houses tonight and I gave my observation on all three. Are listing agents intentionally sneaky? I don’t know…all three houses had something sneaky about them in their marketing. From one house not on a level lot, to another one not really having a third bedroom, to a house priced way below what it will actually sell for to engender a bidding war, this is just part of the business that I’m in.
How do you eat your pudding? Spoon? If a potential presidential candidate used three fingers to eat pudding, would that be a disqualifier from office for you? It just seems so ridiculous to even make a story about something like this.
How do you measure asteroids? Do you use average American alligator length? Good news, you’re not alone. We discuss.
Some influencers are getting sued for their promotion of FTX. The media organization that broke the story was in hot water last year because the CEO of the org took a loan from the same company. What are the odds? Crypto is just wild in how they market.
This lead to a larger discussion of why I don’t currently have any promotional opportunities and what it would cost someone to use me for their marketing. 10 Million dollars. Tax free. That’s what I need to endorse your product. Call me!
We had some great tweets tonight…the one I liked most was from the broke agent.
We had 3 articles. The first one was on organization…removing clutter. I took notes. The second one was about tudor style homes. I declared my love for the style and where one could find great representative tudor homes here in St. Louis.
The last article was about home starts being down…looking closer on a regional breakdown the Midwest was still very strong in housing starts and I guess that’s why I don’t notice the slowdown in any way.
