Tonight we talked about a bunch of stuff. Why can’t we get the REAL ID finished in a reasonable amount of time(since 2005)?

What If I told you that the color of the year for two different companies who deal in colors is similar? I know, that’s odd right?

Carvana is not doing well. Why? Well, it’s a highly leveraged company that buys assets that typically see increases in price in high inflationary environments. Car market or housing market, these are highly affected by consumer borrowing rates.

Finally, why are home prices not going down even when the market seems to be devoid of buyers and the inventory of new homes is 53% higher year over year? The economic concept “sticky”, comes into play.
