1. Is it a second amendment issue? It’s a pellet gun.

3. 2! Neighbors have stated that they can hear projectiles whizzing by their heads when they are outside!
4. Permit to shoot squirrels with a pellet gun, but you have to give a copy of their homeowner’s insurance in the event they do damage to property?
5. To revoke the permit, the police have to have evidence of a safety issue?
6. How is this a good idea?
