First off:  a welcome  it’s great to be able to be with you this morning.

The 17th  consecutive stream…

YouTube Stats 300 impressions yesterday.  Seriously.  December 3, as an example, had 1,200.  It’s pretty amazing how bad I’m actually doing on the Youtube.  YouTube is a strange place….so I can’t subscribe to my own Channel at Deerwood Realty and Friends, but I can flag my own content as harmful? 

Did the feds try to call me last night.  Cold call looking to rent apartments, but they didn’t call through the website and I haven’t done a rental since I started the company.  Enforcement vs entrapment….and how I look at things…especially given the “social media” world we live in.  Just look at the story from yesterday, a person was harmed by a real estate agent, they broadcast it to Reddit for everyone to see.  That didn’t happen in the past….it couldn’t happen as the technology wasn’t available.

Google Trends….Spider Man, No way home…..we’ll take a look…over 1,000,000 searches on Google yesterday alone.

Let’s take a look at what is for sale in Chicago, IL today in the luxury home market.
