Thoughts/Questions
- This is what gives gun owners a bad name!
- The HOA is not going to like this
- It seems to me that if you shoot a gun, you should be concerned with where the bullet is going to go.
- Can you imagine? You come home from vacation and water is pouring through the ceiling and then out the back door of the house…and no one knows anything?
- What would the neighborly thing to do here be? Not shoot a gun in the house in the first place? When you did shoot the gun, maybe give your neighbor a heads up? Maybe check to see if anyone is dead?
- Seller says enough, I’m out. Is it the right thing to do? Leave a home you lived in because your neighbor just shot through the wall one night and didn’t mention anything to you about it?
- How would the seller’s disclosure look? Seller repaired his ceiling, floors and walls 7/21 due to an errant rifle discharge next door. Homeowners insurance paid for the repairs….if you were the buyer’s agent, would you ask for some sort of clarification? Or, just let that one go?
