Story out of Indiana says a woman has been pooping in people’s yards

Thoughts

1. So this is why you need a ring camera……

2. What will the charges be? The story says that they have the person responsible…will there be charges at all?

3. The neighbors put up “no poop zone” signs…..

4. If this neighborhood had an HOA, would that be covered under the rules and regulations?

5. On what planet is this OK? Like, it says the person was a “jobber”…I don’t know what that means…so I looked it up in urban dictionary and it says…”a professional wrestler who loses matches”

6. I find it hard to believe that a professional wrestler who loses matches is pooping in neighbors yards in Indiana.

7. Let’s put you in this situation….you go to work everyday. You come home at night and every once in a while someone has left you a pile of poo on your yard with toilet paper? What do you do? Do you google that? These people put up signs….and let’s be completely honest, someone had to go through their doorbell camera footage to find the culprit.

I’ve decided that I would not CONFRONT this villain.

Is this worthy of a 911 call?

As a real estate agent…if you are selling your house…because of this person…before they’ve been captured…would you need to disclose that some rando is using your front yard as a toilet?

This is why it’s always good to survey a neighborhood BEFORE you actually complete the purchase.
